Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute training programs for new leasing agents and management professionals, encompassing all aspects of leasing procedures, customer service standards, property management software, company policies, fair housing regulations, and sales techniques. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals,
videos, and other resources, to support learning objectives and facilitate effective training sessions. Conduct training sessions through various mediums (e.
g. in-person, virtual, workshops) to impart knowledge and skills to new hires, ensuring their readiness to perform leasing duties proficiently. Collaborate with department heads and HR to backss training needs, identify skill gaps, and tailor training programs to address specific requirements for different levels of employees. Implement ongoing training initiatives and workshops for existing employees to enhance their skills, improve performance, and keep them updated with industry trends and best practices. Evaluate the effectiveness
of training programs through feedback, backssments, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve training outcomes.
Stay abreast of industry developments, new technologies, and innovative training methods to incorporate relevant updates into the training curriculum.
