Uses reliability methodologies, technologies, and tools for data collection and analysis, to include condition-based monitoring, equipment criticality, equipment failure, equipment

Assist in development of EMP (Equipment Maintenance Plans). Job Functions / Responsibilities Assist with the development and implementation of plant-wide proactive planning that provides maximum asset availability. Strategically focused on long-term equipment reliability. Develop and enhance reliability-centered predictive and preventive maintenance programs. Use data collection, failure analysis, and root cause analysis to proactively prevent and address equipment failure. Initiates/recommends/supports improvements in methods, equipment, operating efficiency, and working conditions, to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve reliability.
Maintain and publish maintenance-related metrics and KPIs. Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Ensure that contractors follow all PACCAR safety requirements. Recommend capital expenditure improvements. Work with ITD on continuous improvement of MES. Build trust and enable others to be high performers in accordance with departmental and production objectives. Perform other job duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills BS Degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
Minimum four (4) years related experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with flexibility. Demonstrated knowledge and skills with risk backssments and safety evaluations. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in using Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, SAP, Flex Net, and Auto CAD desired.
