As the nation’s largest energy efficiency program, EE is helping to transform markets, set building codes and appliance standards and be the marker by which all other utilities are measured. Position Summary Manager role will oversee three engineering teams which work to support the broader Energy Efficiency Organization. Including overseeing all quality control and risk management functions of the Energy Efficiency department. This includes responsibilities on our custom, deemed, and meter-based platforms in close coordination with our Portfolio Management team.
Manages the Energy Division parallel review and ex ante and ex post processes. Works closely with the CPUC to ensure PG&E is in compliance with all energy efficiency project installation requirements. Works with internal and external stakeholders to communicate updates to measure values. Oversees all audit efforts within the organization, and supports the broader Load Management organization with technical support and oversight. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.

This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. Provide oversight on the Quality Control of Deemed, Custom, and Meter-Based Platforms and share results with Portfolio Management. Responsible for maintaining, updating, and communicating updates on the Platform Rulebook to EE Stakeholders. Develop strategic EE Communications plan and be primary point of contact for EE communications to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide guidance and oversight on Platform exceptions and oversee governance structure. Primary point of contact for Ex-Ante CPUC relations, communication, and coordination.
