Conducts and documents employee inspections for personal hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Collects samples for laboratory or sensory testing. Performs equipment calibration as established by the QA procedures. Responsible for identifying and investigating non-conformities. Serves as the point of contact with the USDA Inspector and follows up on any requests in addition to coordinating any action resulting from such requests.
