Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, or a Bachelor of Arts Degree in a related technical field 3+ years of work experience with computer hardware or software Or any equivalent combination of experience and training/certification in software, hardware & technology applications Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10 OS & Microsoft Office Proficient with mac OS Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) concepts & management practices; experience with Azure AD a plus Experience with Workstation Management Software, such as Microsoft Intune Basic knowledge of Scripting (VBScript, batch files, Install Script, Wise Script, Power Shell, etc.

) Proficient in a range of diagnostic utilities (Lenovo diagnostic tools, Apple Diagnostics, HP printer diagnostic tools, etc.
