Essential Functions Lead the administration and support of Exchange and Exchange Online environments for large enterprise. Implement, configure, and maintain all aspects of the Exchange environment, including but not limited to, mail routing, mail protocols, mailbox databases, and client access issues with Outlook, Outlook web, and Outlook for Apple i OS. Utilize Power Shell scripting to automate tasks, generate reports, and manage Exchange Online services. Ensure the security of the email
systems through regular updates, patches, and following best practices.
Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain compliance standards. Manage and monitor high availability solutions and disaster recovery processes for the Exchange environment. Manage litigation hold for legal discovery email retention and provide discovery exports when requested. Provide Tier III support for escalated issues and work closely with the IT support team to resolve complex problems. Plan and execute migration projects, including from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online. Develop and maintain thorough documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures.
