Manage litigation hold for legal discovery email retention and provide discovery exports when requested. Provide Tier III support for escalated issues and work closely with the IT support team to resolve complex problems. Plan and execute migration projects, including from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online. Develop and maintain thorough documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures.

After hours on call service availability required. Education Description Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Exchange and Exchange Online in a large-scale enterprise environment. Strong expertise in Power Shell scripting specifically for managing and automating tasks in Exchange.
