The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 20+ years of experience in aerospace, defense or related professional industry - OR - a Master's degree with 18+ years of experience as outlined above. Analytic modeling, simulation, and operations analysis experience across payloads, platforms, and military or intelligence community missions.

Proficiency with at least two of the following programming/data analysis languages: MATLAB Python C/C++ Active Do D Top Secret security clearance (with background investigation within prior 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). US Citizenship is a prerequisite. Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) accesses. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to convey complex modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) topics, approaches, and results to internal and external senior-level customers in a compelling and understandable manner.

Proficiency in the following areas as they apply to MS&A concepts, techniques, and approaches: AFSIM scripting and plugin development Data analytics Design of experiments Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) High performance computing Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Containerization DevOps: collaboration, continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD) pipelines; tools; infrastructure; and configurations Experience working multi-domain and system of systems initiatives and in-depth understanding of USG strategies to closing kill chains.

In-depth knowledge and experience engaging with the Department of Defense (Do D) and the Intelligence Community (IC). In-depth knowledge of U. S. Government and Allied products and systems, missions, and operations. Current Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) accesses. Salary Range: $180,400 - $297,700 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
