SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITES: The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting volunteers for all Center events requiring less than 50 volunteers, and supporting the recruitment of our largest events and assist the Manager at these events.

This role is also responsible for recruiting junior volunteers for camp and events held throughout the year. The Volunteer Coordinator will also be responsible for providing clerical support for the Volunteer Service Department. Some tasks include: coordinating with Center departments for scheduling needs, reviewing and processing applications, organizing and delivering

orientation to onboarding volunteer staff, maintaining HWAC's Salesforce database and assisting in recognition efforts for Volunteers.

Other requirements include: 2+ years' experience in volunteer recruitment 1+ years' experience with Salesforce preferable Strong understanding of Word, Excel, Power Point as well as the ability to type 40 wpm Attention to details, well-organized, and a planner. Neck, carotid artery, leg vein, and artery examinations will also be conducted.

Assist radiologist during invasive procedures and perform all types of gynecological ultrasound exams. Perform quantitative Doppler measurements to determine blood flow profiles when indicated.
