Assists with Health and Safety administration company wide. Maintains IIPP and co-leads safety team. Remains current regarding changes in federal, state and city employment laws. Assists in ensuring the company is compliant with relevant laws. Supervises employee events and activities. Responsible for Worker's Compensation and Leave of Absence Management. May performs payroll duties in the absence of Payroll and Benefits Specialist. Other duties may be assigned.
