Role is not a standard SQL Server DBA, but rather a DBA/SQL Developer that has application performance experience. This is a must have. What we're looking for 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, during which both professional and management capabilities have been clearly demonstrated. Extensive expertise in Microsoft SQL Server database, as well as data modeling, both logical and physical.

SQL knowledge (query performance tuning, index maintenance, etc. ) as well as an understanding of database structure. Extensive knowledge in Data De-identification and Test data preparation. Extensive experience with collecting business requirements from customers and transform the requirements into DB data processes and data schema.
