The tasks will include: Assure the execution of a daily inventory control, through inventory sheets, refractory consumption sheets, consignment parts list and physical counts as needed.
Reconciliation of all materials at month end Populate daily reports and cost trackers for customer. Establish a good working relationship with refractory crew and plant management to determine inventory plans that meet the needs of the shop. Manage inventory at customer site, according
to annual financial targets for invoicing and receivables to meet SG&A and working capital goals. Assist with data collection, analysis, and generating presentations as needed.
Assist to generate the monthly CPP Results Meeting Report, participate in the results presentation and discussions. Coordinate the inbound logistics and demand planning for RHI Magnesita products, through the utilization of the specific tools. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Word, SAP, Scope, CRM, CPP tool and QMOS. Involve in populating Scope Forecast System with most accurate source of consumption forecast. Populate, update CPP tool with actual, goals, consumption, and actions. Ensure
material storage is completed properly to minimize scrap and preserve available inventory on site Learn other activities and continues improvement to be prepared to possible future promotion.
About you High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of experience Administrative experience Experience analyzing reports Inventory management experience is a plus Basic math skills Steel experience is plus Top notch customer service skills Computer Programs: Excel, Power Point, and Word ERP experience: SAP preferred Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to make effective decisions under pressure Ability to adapt to changing conditions and environment Ability to work safely in an industrial environment Organized, accurate and detail oriented Able to backss accuracy, validity, and reliability of information We Offer Amazing benefits!
