You will be working with a team of highly skilled Application Security Engineers that are responsible with the application security and security testing of CME Group's applications and services. The Senior Application Security Engineer is responsible for performing advanced manual security backssments (pentests) on applications and systems that require specialized knowledge, and provide detailed written reports to key business

stakeholders (management, development teams). Additionally, the individual will provide application design support and security best practice guidance, in the form of consultations, to development teams and business stakeholders.

The individual is also responsible for performing application architecture security reviews and championing security through design and secure coding best practices. This role leads by example by performing all the Application Security team's responsibilities and provides mentorship opportunities for other team members. As a senior technical expert in the Application Security backssment team, this role must effectively communicate with CME technology, business,

and third-party partners. Principal Accountabilities Conduct advanced whitebox application penetration tests (web, thick clients, microservices, APIs) of proprietary and 3rd party on-prem/cloud systems.

Perform targeted manual security reviews at key points in the software development life cycle. Provide technical guidance to team members and other stakeholders (e. g. development teams, product teams, business stakeholders). Perform peer reviews of backssment reports and provide constructive guidance to team members. Identify security defects patterns, formulate remediation plans and work towards company-wide mitigation solutions. Champion security through design and secure coding best practices.

Research cutting-edge tools, techniques, and exploits specific to our environments and products and provide input for strategic visioning / planning. Requirements 8+ years' experience performing whitebox application penetration testing on a variety of systems, applications and technologies; or the ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge. Advanced knowledge and experience with OWASP Top 10 / SANS 25 vulnerabilities and being able to identify them, provide remediation solutions and present to various stakeholders. Experience performing manual application source code security reviews for various languages such as: Java,Net (C#, VB#), C++.

Strong experience of Windows/UNIX/Linux. Experience with scripting languages such as: Python, bash, Powershell, etc. Experience or strong knowledge of drafting of Security Requirements / Secure Technical Implementation Guidelines. Experience or strong knowledge of cloud and containers technologies. Have a passion for application security, willingness to continue growing your skills in this domain, and be able to share your passion and learnings with teammates. Self-motivated and a self-starter.

If you have a question, be pro-active in researching the answer and communicate your learnings with teammates. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Nice to have: Experience working in an Agile and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environment. Automation experience. Knowledge of application reverse engineering and using decompilers. OSCP/OSWE, GWAPT, GMOB, GPYC, or other relevant security certifications are a plus. Education A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline is required; or equivalent combination of education and relevant proven work experience.

Invenergy. Job Description Position Overview The Senior Staff Engineer, reporting to the Director of Civil & Structural Engineering, will perform engineering activities to support project development and oversee civil/structural design for assigned utility-scale renewable energy projects.

This position works within the Civil & Structural Engineering Team to support the development and construction of Invenergy's pipeline. Additional responsibilities include the initiation, development and implementation of civil/structural special initiatives identified to optimize cost, improve quality and normalize processes for renewable energy projects and assets. The main objective of this role is

to work within the Team on initiatives that optimize and drive value engineering resulting in better construction estimates, project design and cost optimization.

Duties and Responsibilities Team member of Invenergy's Civil /Structural Engineering program for onshore renewable energy facilities. Project responsibilities include: Provide risk analysis of development stage projects. Produce conceptual mass grading plans and earthwork calculations to support internal project estimating packages. Provide early identification of need for deep foundations or soil mass replacement depending on anticipated soil bearing capacity and other geotechnical/environmental issues. Collaborate in the

efforts to prepare SWPPP documents. Work with the Project Engineering team to prepare RFP packages to run a competitive process to select consultants.

Review civil structural design packages. Review hydrology studies and conceptual site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, accessibility, and roadway plans to support value engineering initiatives. Liaise with OEMs and equipment manufacturers to review loading diagrams and drawings to define other interfaces. Provide foundation schedules, zoning and optimizations, based on equipment loads, bearing capacities and other factors. Review main structural design packages to ensure compliance with codes and standards and propose optimizations based on project requirements, equipment specifications and other constraints.

Review design packages for foundations, supports, PV racking system, and any other miscellaneous structures. Collaborate with the electrical engineering and transmission teams in the review of engineering packages for transmission lines and substations, including lattice towers, tower destructive tests, foundations for poles and electrical equipment, dead-end frames, substation equipment and their supports. Contribute to the preparation of RFP packages to select contractors, in collaboration of the pre-construction team.

Review technical proposals from contractors and contribute to the review of the design packages from the selected bidders. Review other third-party engineering design packages for conformance to project specifications, building codes, construction standards, contractual requirements and value engineering. Manage and respond to contractor RFIs and submittals. Manage information submittals to and reviews by owner engineers. Collaborate with internal teams to provide value engineering opinions. Review, creation, and maintenance of civil and structural construction specifications.

Provide technical support for the geotechnical investigation program. Assist the Permitting team with input to prepare federal, state, county, and local permits. Support the Commercial and Development teams in the preparation of project sales proposals. Support Construction Project Management with cost estimates and other required information to prepare schedules and financial models. Support Financing by responding to lender and independent engineer due diligence questions. Interface with the Project Engineering, Development, Pre-Construction, and Project Management teams leading up to and through project commercial operations.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, engineering providers, contractors, and clients. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering or similar from an accredited college/university 3+ years of relevant experience Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Skills Master's degree in any civil engineering discipline. PE License in at least one state, preference for multiple state licenses. Experience in the design and construction of power plants; utility scale renewable projects, in particular wind and solar farms (PV technology) preferred.

Experience in civil design engineering with focus of large-scale land developments; multi-state design experience preferred. Experience with civil and structural building codes (UBC, IBC, EC, ISO, etc. ), civil engineering standards (ASCE, AASHTO, AISC, AWS, etc. ) and other design specifications. Experience in SWPPP design/implementation in conjunction with large scale grading plans. Experience in the design and review process of structures and foundations.

Experience in the preparation of RFP and bidding processes to select consultants and contractors. Experience in the interpretation and review of geotechnical reports, and coordination with geotechnical engineering firms. Experience delivering desktop and site engineering packages and optimizations. On-site experience delivering engineering solutions is highly valued. Proficient in Auto CAD Civil 3D or other civil design software. Experience with HEC-HMS, Hydro CAD or other hydrologic engineering software. Experience with PVcase design software. Experience with Staad, SAP2000, or any other FEM-based structural design software.

Experience with Slope/W or any other Geo Studio software. Coding experience (R, Python, etc. ). Some travel required. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to multi-task and manage deliverables for multiple projects concurrently. Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated interest in renewable energy. About the Role: Job Title: Web Sphere Engineer/Infrastructure Engineer Key Responsibilities: The individual will work on the Installation and configuration of the Web Sphere Application Server, deploying enterprise applications, configuring or modifying the platform, proactively monitoring the health of the environment, and configuring and managing the security of the platform. The job will also entail monitoring, optimizing, tuning and troubleshooting Web Sphere applications. The successful

candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in WAS/Tomcat/JBoss and their related components.

The candidate will be a self-motivated individual who works well with groups and independently with minimal supervision to achieve stated goals and project tasks. Minimum Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of administrating Web Sphere Application Server/Tomcat/JBoss servers Infrastructure Automation (such ansible tool preferred) Operations Management and IT standards, procedures, and policies Expert level knowledge of WAS/Tomcat/JBoss in design, installation, fix pack upgrade, migration, and configuration Expert-level knowledge of WAS horizontal/vertical Clustering.

Ideal Candidate should be: The candidate works in a hybrid more (3 days onsite in one of the locations in Chicago, IL/Naperville, IL or Richardson, TX) Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL or Naperville, IL or Richarson, TX Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $130,000 - $135,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Your Impact Duties and Responsibilities: · Perform complex design tasks and drawings using computer-aided design (CADD) related to the development of transportation, site development, and stormwater improvement projects in Microstation Open Roads · Lead

and coordinate design teams · Lead preparation of final design plans, cost estimates and special provisions · Develop memorandums and other written technical documents · Manage design tasks and identify changes and risks · Determine client requirements and contribute to the development of scopes, schedules, and budgets · Provide guidance and mentor junior staff · Utilize relationships with clients to achieve WSP's business development goals · Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering · P. E. registration in Illinois or ability to obtain in 6 months · 10+ years’ experience in transportation/civil

engineering · Good technical writing, analytical and communication skills · Experience leading design tasks and managing junior design staff · Proficiency in Microstation Open Roads · Ability to implement WSP's Quality Control Procedures · Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures · Proven track record upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies · The selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately.

Preferred Qualifications: · Experience having led and mentored a team · Experience in Open Roads · Leadership experience working with IDOT, CDOT, and other local agencies · Business development experience · Active member of local professional organizations · Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
