The RE will utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM) for managing assets, determine preventive maintenance (PM) strategies, create PM Schedules and PM Tasks, assist with spare parts inventory, create and modifying asset data, and generating reports for assigned metrics and business decisions. CMMS, electronic OEE, and data

historian system will also be used to extract, analyze, and identify root causes of failures to improve reliability. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collect, analyze, and identify data from CMMS, OEE system, and historian using spreadsheets and BI software to manage risks that impact asset reliability.

Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and asset owner to identify root causes of downtime then create an action plan to eliminate downtime by establishing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance program. Development of life cycle asset management by designing, installing, and modifying equipment to reduce failure and minimize the total cost of ownership. Develop benchmark for optimal

MRO suppliers and equipment maintenance service providers. Review and optimize MRO supplies to provide reduced downtime, repair times, and optimize spending.

Professionally and systematically define, design, develop, monitor and refine an asset maintenance plan that includes value-added preventive maintenance tasks. Effectively utilize predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems. Works with production group to perform analyses of assets including Asset Utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Remaining Useful Life and other parameters that define operating condition, reliability and costs of assets.

Apply value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions. Perform work within applicable standards, guidelines, and procedures. Perform GEMBA walks to observe the process being improved. Real world observation and active engagement in the field must be part of daily routine.
