process status and changes Communicate findings and proposals to upper management Utilize process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies Provide thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes Conduct risk backssments Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial or Applied Science required Technical aptitude and ability to grasp multiple technologies Working knowledge of CAD and Auto CAD or some other relevant software program required Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma program preferred 3 to 5 years hands on engineering
