The Materials Engineer and Lab Lead will ensure the excellence and integrity of parts developed through RPD® technology, including seamless transition to production, while integrating a comprehensive understanding of destructive testing. In a typical day, your expertise: Develops and executes strategic
plans for material validation, aligning with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks Provides execution of rigorous quality assurance protocols and testing methodologies, integrating DT techniques for enhanced material backssment Provides effective leadership and guidance to the lab function , leading initiatives to address the team's performance; activity planning; recruitment, retention, and succession planning; headcount needs and scheduling; employee engagement and satisfaction; etc.
