A Typical Day May Include Leading project design calculations/reports/planning preparation/roadway modeling Assisting office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations Developing peer network with staff at other

firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts Coordinating project tasks and reporting to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking Supporting Indianapolis and regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program Registered Professional Engineer or Engineer in Training in Indiana Experience designing transportation projects Background working on INDOT, county, and municipal transportation design projects Technical knowledge/ computer skills: ACAD

Together, Knowledge Work Environment and Conditions This position requires ability to work independently, within a team, and with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment, effectively communicating, resolving problems and prioritizing tasks. This position will work in the Indianapolis, Indiana office and include potential remote work, to be coordinated with supervisor. Field work will be required and might involve exposure to the elements. A valid driver's license is required as work-related travel may happen from time to time using personal and/or company vehicles.
