5 years+ of experience in technical enterprise systems administration including configuration, and management of Microsoft systems and services. Management of Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory, Group Policy, File Services, Exchange, and Power Shell scripting. 3 years+ administration in virtual guest operating system performance, troubleshooting, and maintenance, specifically Windows Server and Linux Experience developing workload scripting to drive efficiency (python, Power Shell, JSON, Java Script, etc. ). Experience managing monitoring and logging tools for observability and reporting.
Experience providing functional Tier III Service Desk support in Windows and mac OS environments. Functional experience with configuration and management of AWS resources. Integration with Saa S and Single Sign-On (SSO) providers in cloud and on-premise services. Demonstrated experience with project coordination and time management, using analytical skills to work on multiple projects while simultaneously having limited supervision.
