After Hours Triage Position Summary: 5 pm to 8 am; 7 days on 7 days off (Tuesday - Monday rotation)Hybrid Remote Position: Combination of phone triage (90% est) and in person home visits (10% est)What's Required: Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan Acute care, home care, or hospice experience is beneficial Specific Duties: Provides phone triage and after hours admissions/visits for home care and hospice patients during non-business hours.
