You're always super polite and make a great impression, building trust between them and our dealership. You schedule appointments for clients to come in and chat with a sales rep, convincing them to choose us as their dealership. If someone asks about a car online, you're the one who responds too! After someone buys a car, you take your customer service to the next level and check in with clients to make sure they're happy.
