Responsibilities Perform digital feature extraction from multiple data sources Attribute digital data accurately Understand and follow complex
project specific guidance Independently use technical resource and guidance documents Perform data checks and other data quality controls including but not limited to attribution checks and managing associated documents Clean geographic data errors and omissions Apply cartographic editing techniques to include feature displacement, thinning, symbolization, and annotation Suggest and implement improved work methods Minimum Qualifications Degree from an accredited institution preferably in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Geosciences, or a related discipline which requires GIS courses Experience with Esri's Arc GIS and Arc Map software 3+ years of directly relevant GIS work experience U.
S. Citizen eligible to obtain a government security clearance Ability to self-lead using customer guidance Ability to meet production deadlines with minimal errors Ability to communicate with a diverse team of people Preferred Qualifications Professional work experience using GIS software Ability to write code within Arc GIS, Arc Py, Python, etc.
