Responsibilities Developing overall plant and unit simulations using standard process simulation programs (Hysys, Pro II, Unisim, and/or Promax), including development of H&MBs. Developing Process Flow Diagram (PFDs) and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs) being able to explain selected flow configurations. Calculation of equipment sizes including vessels, columns, heat exchanger requirements including corresponding datasheets, and development of packaged equipment specifications. Attendance and input at major reviews such a PFD/P&ID reviews, HAZIDS/ENVIDS, HAZOPs, and 3D model reviews.

Representing the process engineering discipline and being able to explain process design questions to clients and other disciplines. Development of relief load narratives, relief load calculations, load summaries, and relief valve datasheets. Development of alarm and trip setpoints and process safety time calculations. Close out of HAZOP action items. Development of offsites and utility design including UFDs, consumptions and the overall utility summary. Qualifications and Skills Basic Qualifications A recognized bachelors degree in chemical engineering from an accredited college or university and minimum 12 years relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications A conceptual understanding of chemical engineering principles of heat transfer, vapor-liquid equilibria, mass transfer and thermodynamics, and their general application to process design. Excellent knowledge of technical theory, engineering principles, good engineering practices and how to apply them for design execution. Familiarity with major regulations and industry codes and standards affecting standard design, quality, or processes.

Experienced in relief calculation methodologies and industry codes and standards applicable to pressure relief design. Knowledgeable in process design of equipment, including vessels, columns, heat exchangers and package process specifications for equipment and control valves. Relevant experience of originating and checking the deliverables/tasks stated in the ‘responsibilities’ section. under the Global Manufacturing provides specialized and timely operations and process engineering support to all process technologies operated on both wholly owned and affiliates refining and chemicals operating facilities. Your primary role will be to drive manufacturing excellence across the portfolio and ensure process technologies are operated in a safe, reliable, and cost-effective manner through high-quality specialized technical support, troubleshooting, process unit performance monitoring, best practices exchange, value creation, and benchmarking.

Review and monitor the performances of existing process units through key performance indicators (KPIs) representing the process plant

s optimum operability, profitability, reliability, and process safety. Issue performance benchmarking reports for each unit highlighting the KPIs, analysis, and performance improvement recommendations.

Monitor and support the facilities in implementing the recommendations and closing the gaps identified in the performance benchmarking reports. Conduct benchmarking and best practices exchange workshops for each process technologies through Community of Practices (Co Ps) internally among Global Manufacturing facilities (wholly owned and affiliates) having similar process technologies. Issue technical best practices bulletin summarizing the outcome of each workshop. Provide on-demand remote

and/or field technical support to Global Manufacturing facilities on matters concerning the operation of process technologies, which may include but not limited to, process troubleshooting, start-up and shutdown activities support, capacity test runs, technology pilot testing, and process design.

Issue service report for every support activity provided highlighting the facilities need, actions taken, results, and lessons learned. In collaboration with Global Manufacturing facilities engineers, propose cost optimization or process improvement initiatives focusing on low-hanging fruits with no or minimal capital investment required, through operational adjustment or design modification.

Act as the Admin Area overall coordinator for cascading and driving Global Manufacturing and Corporate programs (concerning the process units) to the operating facilities for execution and effective monitoring. Recommend and coordinate proven technology deployments in process units. Liaise with Global Manufacturing Excellence-Manufacturing Technical Support Division and Engineering Services for any technology backssment and piloting support. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.

The role of Field Service Technician is a technical, customer-centric position focused on preparation, installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, and Tier 1 customer support for Diamond Game's lottery ticket dispensing machines as well as associated equipment. Located in Houston, TX this position may require a significant amount of travel during the assigned work week with the occasional overnight stay; technician van will be assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as the first line of support for Tier 1 customer requests. position is a key participant in the day-to-day activities in the accounting organization that supports our various investments and other small businesses. This position reports to the Manager of Accounting - Investments and Other Business Support. The candidate will need to apply moderately complex principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location. Prepares moderately complex journal entries for entry into the general ledger system on a monthly

basis by collecting necessary data, analyzing and/or allocating costs and preparing audit train support for the journal entries. Analyzes general ledger accounts for accuracy; analyzes accrual accounts to ensure proper accruals.

Collects and analyzes financial data and prepares monthly combined financial statements and reports. Performs additional analysis for explanatory text required for reports and statement. Coordinates preparation of monthly financial package and reviews for accuracy. Participates in monthly financial meetings for discussion and review of monthly financial reports. Assists with the preparation of year-end closings. Prepares annual long-term and short-term financial

statements in compliance with accounting guidelines and U. S. GAAP.

Assists in the preparation of working papers for annual audit. Provides guidance to other Finance personnel for proper internal and external financial accounting procedures and their application. Assists with the preparation of annual budgets, updates, and strategic plans for assigned areas. Coordinates preparation of monthly combining entries to combine financial results. Prepares quarterly consolidation report for consolidation. Assists with the maintenance and application of internal controls. Prepares moderately complex financial reports in a timely and accurate manner; and completes individual analytical projects in a satisfactory manner given abstract project guidelines.

Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience. Experience: Three years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement). B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Intermediate accounting, accounts payable, and/or accounts receivable knowledge may be required.
