Original unrestored Survivor!

Because of it being parked for a few years I cleaned the carburetors and synchronized them. Now it fires right up, runs great and doesn ’t have any excess of smoke. I also rebuilt the front master cylinder and the brakes work great as well. This is an original motorcycle so some of the chrome does have pitting/rust

and there ’s a minor amount of surface rust on the frame and hardware (please see pictures) but overall it ’s in great shape for an original bike! The exhaust has a couple small dings. When I got the bike it was missing the small rubber grommet that stops the side stand from hitting the exhaust and I replaced it with a reproduction part from Z1 Enterprises.

With how low the original miles are I wasn ’t surprised but this bike runs very strong and shifts smooth!Comes with both the original owners manual and with a clean and clear title.

1953 Vincent Rapide Series C.

Its in good original running condition. I only rode it to shows or breakfast once in a while. It has 441 kilometers on it. I put less than 100 of them on it. I have done very little to it since I owned it. Other than basic maintenance. Shortly after I purchased it, I had the magneto rebuilt with new magnets and

windings. This made it start a lot easier. Its stored in my heated car garage. I have a few oil filters for it. Other than that, what you see is what you get.

1942 Harley Davidson WLA This bike was recently dialed in front to back.

All the lights work, brakes work, transmission is fresh works great. Engine runs strong, this bike has a siren that functions. The helmet, the winter lap guard and leg guards, the fake gun, scabbard, whistle, siren, gloves, shovel extras that go with the bike. The Harley-Davidson

WLA is a Harley-Davidson motorcycle that was produced to US Army specifications in the years during and around World War II. It was based on an existing civilian model, the WL, and is of the 45 solo type, so called due to its 45-cubic-inch (740 cm3) engine displacement and single-rider design.

The same engine, in a slightly lower state of tune, also powered the three-wheeled Servi-Car (the " G" family), leading to the " solo" distinction. W : the W family of motorcycles. Harley-Davidson (except in very early models) gives a letter designation for each model family. The W series at the time was the newest incarnation of the 45-cubic-inch (740 cm3) flathead motor, and

was developed from the earlier R family 1932–1936. L : " high compression" in the usual HD scheme. The " low compression" W model was only briefly available.

A : Army. The company would also produce a model to the slightly different specifications of the Canadian Army, which would be named the WLC. The WLCs differed from WLAs chiefly in the use of some heavier components, usually Big Twin parts, as well as Canadian blackout lighting. Harley-Davidson began producing the WLA in small numbers in 1940, as part of a general military expansion. The later entry of the United States into World War II saw significantly increased production, with over 90,000 being produced

during the war (along with spare parts the equivalent of many more).

Harley-Davidson would also produce a close WLA variant for the Canadian Army called the WLC and would also supply smaller numbers to the UK, South Africa, and other allies, as well as filling orders for different models from the Navy and Marine Corps. Unusually, all the WLAs produced after Pearl Harbor, regardless of the actual year, would be given serial numbers indicating 1942 production. Thus, war-time machines would come to be known as 42WLAs. This may have been in recognition of the use of the continued use of the same specification.

1954 Harley-Davidson FLE Panhead Chopper for Sale

1954 Harley-Davidson FLE Panhead Chopper for Sale
New Haven, CT
Jan 01, 2024

1954 Harley Panhead cases, Harley jugs, with STD heads, Super E carb with a Boyle air filter and Paughco exhaust.

MSD electronic ignition and a cycle electric Generator. I just did a top end on it because the rear pan gasket was leaking and you have to pull the head to replace, so new gaskets on both cylinders from the base gaskets up. Running

solid lifters and a sifton cam. She' s kick only and fires right up hot or cold once you get the procedure down. She leaves a couple of drips after a long run. Engine has 54 numbers stamped on the VIN block but the belly numbers match and are 56. Was told that because it's an FLE that it was pretty common back then to restamp a VIN if the police motorpool replaced a set of cases.

Just want to be 100% up front so there's no surprises. Clean and clear title!1954 Rachet top four speed with Baker kicker gears, and a JIMS extended kicker arm. Never had it apart so not sure what gear set is in there but it shifts out smooth. It's solid but leaks out of the main shaft as most of them do. Primo

3" open belt drive set up with suicide clutch and jockey shift Frame is a swap meet score so I'm not sure of the manufacturer. It's solid and well made. Zombie narrow zees with a Biltwell whiskey throttle tube sit on top of an old skinny springer.

Chrome is a little crusty on the front end. If it was a show bike I'd have it rechromed but I built it to ride. All new bronze bushings in the pivots and new neck bearings.21" spool front wheel and 16" rear, both with Avon tires. Rear has a JB four piston caliper and a drilled rotor. Rear tire has a shallow groove in it from rubbing a fender bolt when I first finished it. Its clear now but it's only cosmetic so I never changed

it. Has a Le Pera king and queen that's not perfect. Stiches starting to come out in the front and missing a few buttons.

I made the sissy bar and mounted a Biltwell LED tailight. Gas tank and rear fender both came from Biltwell and my buddy that's a PPG trainer laid down the metal flake paint. Pinstriped by Timebomb Kustoms. Bikes a solid runner, if you have never ridden a jockey shift bike with no front brake there is a pretty steep learning curve. It would not be hard to convert to hand clutch and foot shift, just not my style.

Hartford, CT
Jan 01, 2024

I built the bike to be a good rider instead of a restored show bike so the frame paint is rough but still has its original stickers.

The body paint is show quality with RB’s graphics. The engine was rebuilt by the previous owner with fresh crank and top end. It has about a thousand miles on the rebuild now. The oil injection system is present

and working. I replaced the clutch release mechanism with a low effort Ralf Gillie unit and a new clutch cable. I run a Pingel fuel tap so no leaks and has positive shutoff. In the past year I replaced the tires, and installed a heavy duty chain with new countershaft sprocket.

I rebuilt the front brake caliper with new seals and a stainless piston, and new pads. All of the lights, signals etc work as they should. The bike has a new low speed coil, CDI unit and regulator, all from Jim Hobbs at Lakeland Electronics. No sense in riding around on 50 year old ignition components when new better parts are available. The manky old originals are included with the bike. The center stand has been

modified so it actually works properly, and I installed a longer side stand so the bike doesn ’t lean way too far over. The stock side stand is included. The swingarm is powder coated with new brass bushings to replace the stock plastic parts.

The bike still has its original chain oiler and “made in Japan ” spark plug holder. The bike starts easily with choke and runs very well. Clean and clear title.
