I acquired this motorcycle and 9 others from a collector's private museum.
This Indian 741 was completely restored and civilianized 15 years ago, with no expense spared. Everything was rebuilt including engine, transmission, generator and everything else. The frame and black parts were powder coated and the paint job is gorgeous. The bike was
started when the previous owner purchased it, and before putting it in his museum, the tanks were emptied and the cylinders were fogged with oil. I have not personally started the bike, but it has great compression, and everything works when a battery is connected.

This one is a 1967 full dresser.
It has been painted back to the original Sparkling Burgundy with Birch White panels and bags. Matching title, matching belly numbers, and correct trans numbers. The motor and trans have both been gone through with new pistons, ground and lapped valves, all new seals, gaskets, and all parts showing ware replaced.
The motor has the original rebuilt Tillitson Carb. and original rebuilt generator with new replica regulator. This bike has many original parts and some aftermarket replica parts. correct and mostly original. Overall the plating is starting to show it's age - fenders, forks, headlight bucket, chain guard, etc - I have ran the bike several times over the past 3 years. The bike has not been registered in a long time. Also included will be a second gas tank and a full width 190mm front wheel / brake.
Not sure where the tank was painted , but it does look like a correct tank for a Gold Star.
