Ability to read and understand complex instructions, prints, flowchart, block diagram, and schematics. Ability to competently use and understand precision testing and diagnostic equipment. Maintains positive banking relationships and ensures adequate insurance coverage is provided to meet the needs of the agency. Communicates necessary business information to the agency investment advisors and provides Board finance committee with any required or requested information. Provides information as needed and required to the agency 401k trustees to assist with their due diligence efforts.

Is a member of the ECH Executive Team and provides the team with financial analysis that assists decision making. Collaborates with the Development Department and is responsible for ensuring that all financial reporting required for grants, donor needs and the annual report are completed by established deadlines. Assists and facilitates quality communication and collaboration with all departments to ensure seamless support of agency employees. Supervisory Responsibilities: The CFO directly supervises the Business Director, Accounts Receivable Clerk and potentially others based on agency expansion or needs.

Education and Experience: This position requires previous significant experience in supervising and managing a business and accounting department. A minimum of five years' experience is preferred. Experience in the not for profit environment is preferable but not required. A Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or a CPA is preferred.

Payne Crest Electric, Inc. is ranked in the top 50 of national electrical contractors (through Engineering News-Record) with over $200M in annual revenue and active project work throughout the country. We are seeking a motivated Project Accounting Manager to join our Accounting team.

The Project Accounting Manager will be responsible for all project reporting, billings and job cost functions. Essential Functions & Capabilities: Prepare monthly project billings and compile support for billings. Track project costs including but not limited to design costs, construction costs, project management costs. Work with Project Management team to provide project budget updates, tracking and reconciliations.

Provide guidance on correct accounting classifications of project costs as well as ensure proper application of sales & use tax rules. Review monthly project cash flows including monthly billings, customer payments and subcontractor payments.

Complete month-end analysis of margin reviews, incurred costs, percent complete and monthly revenue recognition. Review and analyze customer contracts. Review subcontractor contracts to ensure terms and conditions align with PCE's contract with the customer. Set up and maintain job information in Vista, including phase codes, cost estimates, billing templates, contracts, change orders, and job closings. Ensure projects are closed out in a timely

manner. Create ad hoc reports for the Project Management team.

Provide project financial support and analysis for projects. Manage routing of contracts by working with Project Managers, Accounting team, customers and insurance broker to ensure contracts are processed in a timely manner. Review of customer billing rates. Oversight of job audits. Manage Billing team. Critical Competencies: Strong attention to detail and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate high levels of self-initiation and direction.

Willingness to foster effective team relationships to contribute towards success of the project. Mindset to continuously examine process and procedures, improving where possible. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience. Construction accounting experience is required. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Experience managing a team preferred. Vista experience a plus. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. Position Details: Position is located at Payne Crest Electric St. Louis office in Olivette, MO. Reports to Vice President Finance Salary commensurate with experience.
