Inova Fair Oaks is a nationally recognized Center of Excellence for the Surgical Specialties of Spine and Bariatric and provides Surgical Services in the Specialties of General Surgery, Orthopedics (Total Joints), Podiatry, Breast, Plastics, Urology, GYN, Head and Neck, Dental, Robotics (Davinci), and Laparoscopic Surgeries for multiple Surgical Specialties.
Our Operating Room is a fast-paced environment, performing on average 40-60 surgical cases per day, with a focus on strong teamwork, delivering a high level of safe and quality care to our patients. The facility operates 24/7 with most of the
hours of operation being covered by in-house staff. There is an on-call commitment requirement, but it tends to be low, only between 12 to 24 hours per 6-week schedule.
