Induction Furnaces, Vacuum Pumps, Boilers, Gas Furnaces, Environmental Control Equipment), and Machining equipment (Multi - Axis High Speed Grinding Centers, CNC Mills, EDM Machines). This position requires someone with extensive electro-mechanical knowledge and skillsets who desires a hands-on, tool ready, troubleshooting and repair position in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

This individual must have broad knowledge of electrical components, systems, and controls, as well as electrical safety procedures and regulations. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about working hands on with the equipment, working with operators and other technicians, and improving equipment

uptime and productivity. Will also be required to do general maintenance and PMs to support the facility when needed. This position works alongside Industrial Maintenance and Mechanical Technicians to improve equipment uptime and reliability.

Employees in this department must be able to work effectively together as a team to troubleshoot and repair and execute projects or separately as needed to distribute the work and handle multiple priorities at the same time. Weekday overtime and weekend work will be occasionally required to repair critical equipment or perform planned projects. Candidate must also be willing to be on call during certain scheduled off hours as shared with the balance

of the department. JOB REQUIREMENTS · Ability to read, understand & troubleshoot electrical systems from schematics and drawings· Proficient in electrical control design to effectively trace wires and troubleshoot electrical issues to determine cause of break down or component failure· Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust to bring equipment back on line as intended· Understand PLC programs, language, and ability to changing PLC programs as needed· Can program VFD's, drives, run power supply or controls conduit and wire to new equipment, replace electrical hardware· Possess hands on knowledge of 480V motors & Servo Motors, electrical control devices (contactors, fuses, relays, proximity sensors, encoders, timers, linear transducers & PID Control, etc.

)· Use a variety of hand held electrical diagnostic tools, basic hand tools and power tools· Use equipment manuals and work orders to perform required service and repair· Perform low to intermediate level mechanic tasks such as mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting to repair production machines· Be able to lead by example, help, and train colleagues to pass on knowledge/expertise· Willing to learn and expand knowledge, able to follow company guidelines and procedures with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Familiar with NEC and OSHA safety standards. · Willing to work overtime and weekends as necessary on critical down equipment or planned projects· Proficient with verbal and written communication with OEM and contracted firms required to help troubleshoot equipment problems. JOB QUALIFICATIONS · High School Diploma or GED· Any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to a four year electrical apprenticeship OR graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

· Considerable (3 - 5 years) experience as a journey-level Electrician in a manufacturing environment. · Good (1 - 3 years) experience in the instrumentation field involving the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of electronics solid-state controls, instrumentation, data communications, and related equipment. · Minimum of 5 years working in manufacturing facility as an industrial electrician, facilities technician, or similar equipment maintenance role· Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations· Must be willing and able to crawl, climb, and/or stand for extended periods of time to access installation or troubleshooting areas· Full understanding and practical use of LOTOV, Confined Space Entry and other electrical safety practices Job Type: Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY This position backsses, plans, implements, evaluates and

This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to backss data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients. CORE FUNCTIONS backsses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.

Reviews patient history and physical with patient/family and assures completion within appropriate timeframe. Reviews available information obtained by other health care team members. Reviews diagnostics and laboratory data and reports abnormal results to the physician(s) and other appropriate caregivers. Completes backssment and reassessments according to patient need and as outlined in policy. Formulates a plan of care, including the discharge plan, utilizing backssment data and patient, family and health team input. Initiates a plan of care based on patient-specific needs, backssment data and the medical plan of care.

Goals for patient are realistic, measurable and developed in conjunction with the patient/family. Considers the physical, cultural, psychosocial, spiritual, age specific and educational needs of the patient in the plan of are. Plans care in collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team. Reviews and revises the plan of care to reflect changing patient needs based on evaluation of the patient's status. Implements the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of the activities of the health care team.

Provides care based on physician orders and the nursing plan of care, in compliance with policies and procedures, standards of care, and regulatory agency requirements. Delegates appropriately, and provides nursing supervision in the provision of care to patients by other licensed nurses and other personnel. Promotes continuity of care by accurately and completely communicating to other caregivers the status of patients for whom care is provided. Evaluates the patient's and family's response to care and teaching, and revises the plan of care as needed. Evaluates patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other health care team members.

Evaluates patient's response and the effectiveness of patient teaching. Documents backssment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record. Documentation is legible, timely and in accordance with policy. Documentation reflects objective/subjective data, nursing interventions and patient's response to treatment. Notes physician orders accurately and in a timely manner. Provides care based on the best evidence available and may participate in research activities within clinical practice. Participates in unit or facility shared leadership.

Interacts and participates in the education, role development, and orientation of facility personnel, patients, students, families and visitors. Promotes/supports growth of others through precepting and mentoring when appropriate. Contributes to society through activities that lead to excellent patient outcomes through timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and safe care. Actively participates in the improvement of national nursing quality indicators and outcomes. Such activities may include participating in professional organizations. In some roles, this position may supervise staff and work flow of the department.

Interacts with all levels of staff in a variety of departments, physicians, patients, families and external contacts, such as employees of other health care institutions, community providers and agencies, concerning the health care of the patient. Interacts with other health care providers in numerous settings in order to report and ask for or clarify information. Also works with clergy to provide spiritual support. Synthesizes and prioritizes data from multiple sources to provide support for the human response of the patient and family to changes in health status.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice. BLS certification is required. Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice. Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations.

Position Summary The Client Relations Specialist (CRS) manages a boutique to mid-size book of client service centric businesses with templated HR needs.
