you will: Be involved in the design, development, implementation, and management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and systems in support of the enterprise-wide identity, access management and governance strategy. You will work with stakeholders to form requirements, configure and deploy solutions, develop customized system enhancements and provide technical support. You will provide technical training, coaching and guidance to other members of the IAM Team. This work plays
a crucial role in ensuring SPP has safe and productive IT and OT environments.
To be successful as the Applications Analyst or Programmer Developer, we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology-related field or equivalent experience Level II - 3+ years of applicable Security Engineering and/or Identity and Access Management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Senior - 8+ years of applicable Security Engineering and/or Identity and Access Management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Experience with Identity Management platforms and technologies Experience developing workflows and documentation related to IAM Excellent understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access, least privilege and segregation of duties access control concepts Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Unix or Linux operating systems, application support, and database management systems Effective troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills Effective written and oral communication skills Understanding of and compliance with corporate and departmental policies and procedures including applicable SOC1 and NERC CIP audit controls Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Sail Point Identity IQ Two (2) or more years applicable utility industry experience Basic understanding of SPP’s core business model Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of workweek are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. Working extended hours may be required. Participation in on-call rotation.
