Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Software Engineering professional candidate to join our team based out of King of Prussia, PA. This position is in the C4ISR market segment supporting United States Air Force and Navy programs specializing in software and systems engineering under the Weapons Platform Integration organization.

This position requires a candidate with strong problem-solving skills focused on software development and integration for the United States Air Force's Operational Real-Time Combat Analysis (ORCA) and JASSM SMART-Sync programs. The candidate will be working on an agile development team and will be responsible for supporting elements of the design/development

effort. The candidate should be a well-rounded software developer with broad experience, but with a focused interest and demonstrable skills in web application design, development, and test.

The candidate will be involved in the coordination and task execution of a tiered web application development including GUI prototyping, external web service integration, development of new web services, design/development of logic layer, & SQL DB integration. The candidate will require strong technical writing skills and an understanding of system and software engineering principles. The candidate must be able to work within a team environment. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating

with other team members in performing analysis on bugs, determining root causes, then developing code based solutions to resolve them.

The candidate will also collaborate with other team members to build out new functionalities and capabilities within the ORCA & SMART-Sync applications. Work location will be in King of Prussia, PA but will have remote work ability throughout the week Basic Qualifications: - Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Experience with Agile Software Development- Experience with Web Application Development - Experience with SQL databases- Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) using C++, C#, or Java- Bachelors degree from an accredited college with 4 years of professional experience, 2 years of experience required with a related Masters degree, or equivalent experience/combined education Desired Skills: - Experience with Web Application Development Languages such as Java Script or Type Script - Experience with Web Application Development Frameworks such as Angular - Experience with SQL databases such as SQLite or SQL Server as well as Stored Procedure Development- Familiar with Entity Framework- Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio Code, Azure Dev Ops(ADO), GITLAB, SQL Server Management Studio- Experience Developing Webservices using REST API- Familiar using Docker for Containerized Development and Deployment#RMSC6ISR Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Our programs enable the warfighter to utilize cutting edge technologies like Software Defined Radios (SDRs), high powered digital signal processing, and modern Dev Sec Ops to achieve their goals to dominate the RF spectrum.

If you have experience with Digital Signal Processing, MATLAB modeling and simulation, C++ development and integration, along with working with cutting edge highly performant Software Defined Radios (SDRs) and Single Board Computers (SBCs), this role is for you! We are looking for someone

who can take ownership of integrating and testing various parts of our system that implement transmitter and receiver designs for diverse mission solutions across a wide array of domains including communications, telecom, electronic, and sensor systems.

They should also have experience working in an Agile scrum development environment. These roles are largely team based and successful engineers in our organization are able to work and communicate to not only their scrum teams, but also program leadership and both internal and external customers. This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance Basic Qualifications: Strong Knowledge of signal processing/algorithm
