snohomishcountywa. gov/192/Information-Technology About the position: The Snohomish County Department of Information Technology (IT) is searching for an experienced and proven IT Project Managers that will focus on technology projects including modernization, infrastructure, security initiatives and more. This position will lead multiple implementations that involve interfacing with IT leadership and technical staff, interested parties, elected officials, departments, offices, courts and vendors.
This senior level IT project/program management positions will be relied upon to drive successful implementation within scope, budget, and timeline.
Our ideal candidate must have the proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of interested parties, possess a mastery of verbal and written communication skills, be comfortable working directly with end users on projects and issues related to implementation and ongoing support. Must be accountable, adaptable, and self-motivated whether working independently or in a collaborative team environment. The position will play an integral role in delivering significant IT projects and will report directly to our IT Project Architect.

Acts independently, with considerable discretion to act and make decisions independently in very complex projects and tasks.
