Who You Are Required Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or closely related degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of 5+ years’ post education experience, preferably in Transmission and Distribution systems in utility or industrial/commercial environments. P. E. Registration or eligible for P. E. licensing is preferred. Knowledge of codes and standards such as IEEE and ANSI. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience.

Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated effectiveness at coordinating and assertively directing subcontractors and others to consistently complete tasks safely and efficiently. Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek. Expected Salary: $81,500 - $142,560 WSP USA is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
