Knowledge of: City safety rules and regulations, occupational hazards and safety precautions. Materials, equipment and tools used in cleaning and maintaining buildings. Skill in: Operating and maintaining tools and equipment in a safe and effective manner. Closely following verbal and written instructions and procedures. Following and maintaining BSD safety standards. Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with co-workers.
Communication effectively verbally and in writing. License and Certification Requirements: A valid Texas State Driver's License is required. Appointment will be conditional upon successful completion of FBI criminal background fingerprint check in accordance with Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) standards.
