Handle all front desk related activities including: Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. Check members into the system. New member sign-up. Take prospective members on tours. Facilitate
needed updates to member’s accounts. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club. Qualifications/Requirements Customer service background preferred. Basic computer proficiency. A passion for fitness and health. Upbeat and positive attitude! Punctuality and reliability is a must. Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations. Must be 18 years of age or older. Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift. Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift. Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both internally and externally, ensuring they are at the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.2. Inspect vehicles for any damages, stains, or blemishes, and report any findings to the appropriate person.3.
Utilize various cleaning products, tools, and equipment to achieve exceptional results, including vacuum cleaners, brushes, scrapers, and pressure washers.4. Clean and polish vehicle windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure crystal-clear visibility.5. Shampoo and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery, to maintain
a fresh and inviting atmosphere.6. Safely and efficiently remove road grime, mud, and other debris from vehicle exteriors, including tires and wheels, using appropriate cleaning agents.7.
Apply protectant dressings to surfaces such as tires, dashboards, and trims to maintain their appearance.8. Perform light maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as checking and refilling fluids, replacing windshield wipers, and ensuring tire pressure is adequate.9. Maintain an organized and clean work environment, including storage areas, tools, and equipment.10. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.11. Participate in training programs
and stay updated on new detailing techniques and products to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Proven experience as a detailer in an automotive dealership or similar environment is preferred.3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.5. Knowledge of different cleaning products, materials, and techniques used in automotive detailing.6. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.7. Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.8.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.9. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and some evenings, as needed.
