This is a low-volume, highly-engineered manufacturing environment, and you’d be involved in the full life cycle of the build.
Additionally, you’ll get to work in a safe, clean, and highly-specialized environment alongside a great team of skilled colleagues while honing niche machining skills and advancing your craft. Our machine shop includes twelve large horizontal and vertical machining centers (up to 25-feet turning and 300-ton table capacity) and six small
machining centers with CNC mills and lathes. In addition to rewarding work, our machinists work a four-day workweek and receive market-leading wages; paid time off; a paid winter holiday shutdown; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options; and service-based retirement contributions with additional 401k match.
Overtime is required, but we are flexible in how it is achieved. Additional overtime work is also available, if desired. applicants. What You’ll Do In this role, you will set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to perform various types of machining operations, such as milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and turning in order to meet print specifications.
