Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting the Operations and Engineering team in the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems. Must have experience fixing and maintaining Environmental chambers that use Cascade compressor systems. Building systems include Chillers, Chiller Towers, Compressed Air, HVAC, water treatment, electrical, lighting, plumbing,

energy management, structural, hardware, and keying. Develops skills in installing, fabrication, constructing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical and electrical equipment, responding to on-site problems.

Receives work assignments, plans work to be performed and obtains necessary tools, equipment, and materials; Completes assignments, work orders, and preventative maintenance (paper and/or online) in a timely manner. Demonstrates knowledge of the equipment being serviced and employs service procedures and techniques indicative of first-class work. Follow inspection and service procedures outlined in the preventive maintenance and loss control programs. Possess knowledge

of the safe and efficient operation of all equipment, power, and hand tools.

Responsible for the care of assigned equipment, tools, and uniforms. Responsible for keeping the shop, equipment rooms, related mechanical areas, and common areas clean, organized, and safe. Follows operational and safety procedures and demonstrates, the ability to follow established mechanical/electrical system(s) operating sequences. Inspects all areas of the building(s) and reports deficiencies as well as suggestions for improvement. Must be available for various shifts; and to occasionally work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure adequate building coverage and perform necessary repairs.

Project a positive appearance and attitude always. HVAC Mechanics are involved in technical aspects of construction projects, so attention to detail is important. Demonstrate exemplary tenant relations, team spirit, and respect for others. Assist in the monitoring of contractors, inspecting work, and generating deficiency lists. Respond to after-hours emergencies such as fire, flooding, severe weather, power outages, and other situations including clean-up activities, if other contracted personnel are not available. Pursue employee development objectives recommended by Chief Engineer and or Account Manager.

Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Perform other duties as assigned. May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices. Requirements High School Diploma/GED Must be a good communicator (written and oral) with the ability to interact with other professionals, clients, administrative staff, and support staff. Electrical and plumbing experience preferred.

State Journeyman license or equivalent awarded by regulatory agency preferred. Universal Refrigerant Certification. EPA Certification for HVAC. A valid Driver's License in good standing is required. Ensure appropriate care types and pathways are selected based on the patient medical diagnosis(es) and staff backssment data. Process unlisted supplies, medications, activity, functional limitations, and allergies. Follow up on backssments that cannot be processed due to LP documentation deficiencies.

Process HCHB workflow timely; including coordination notes and administrative tasks. Ensure average revenue per period is at or above company average. Attend and participate in monthly trainings with quality team. Job Summary: As an Investment Operations

Analyst, you are responsible for various operational activities and interface regularly with traders, ALM team, trading analysts, accounting as well as external industry contacts: brokers, custodians, etc.

Your key responsibilities include trade and cash settlements, derivative operations, collateral management, data integrity, cash and position reconciliations, and fixed income analytics. You possess strong quantitative and technical skills and have a knowledge and passion for fixed income securities, operations, and streamlining processes. Concise writing and communication skills are very important. This position is hybrid based in greater Indianapolis (Zionsville) or Remote. Main Accountabilities:

Investigate and resolve all cash and asset breaks working with custodians, investment managers and accounting.

Perform reconciliations for derivative positions and trade activity including margin and collateral management. Perform trade settlement and reconciliation responsibilities. Conduct tri-party reconciliations between the investment system, accounting books, and custodian reports. Update and maintain security master data. Compare against market providers and research deal documentation. Assist other areas of investment operations during peak workflows. Maintain and update procedure documentation for streamlined processes. Assist on key initiatives and projects and effectively collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure that project deliverables are met.

Qualifications: BA/BS with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in investment management operations, with focus on cash, trade settlement and/or collateral management. Black Rock Aladdin experience preferred. Product knowledge of corporate bonds, asset backed securities, derivatives, commercial mortgage loans, repurchase agreements and bank loans. Operational knowledge of private placement securities, including trade lifecycle and settlement process.

Experience with electronic fixed income trading systems a major plus. Strong quantitative and technical skills. Ownership and accountability for deliverables. Team oriented. Problem solving mentality. Ability to multi-task and execute under pressure. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Continuous process improvement mentality. Willingness to learn. S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $74,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $104,000/year in our highest geographic market.
