Conduct site visits as a part of the estimating process, as well as pursue training and education to increase your effectiveness as an estimator. Assume a proactive role in negotiated work and prepare and participate as necessary in transfer of successful project documents to operations staff. Ensure compliance of all work in accordance with NEC/NFPA standards at the

minimum Skills and Knowledge Demonstrates excellent written and oral communications and team skills.

Creative and resourceful in completing tasks accurately in a compressed timeframe. Works independently, with little/no supervision, with an interest in quickly learning/applying new skills/ abilities. Applies knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in construction field.
