The Opportunity As a dedicated Manager, Claims Operations for Auto Non-Injury, this individual may work from the Colorado Springs, Colorado office. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based in the Colorado Springs, Colorado office. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. You will manage and be accountable for auto and other claims

operations member service employees who are responsible for serving our members, and providing appropriate solutions as they investigate, evaluate, and negotiate the claim.

You will develop engaged employees through regular coaching and feedback to deliver business results. You will execute process improvement, provide feedback on the process, and lead organizational process changes. You will drive execution of operational risk management, regulatory compliance training, policies, and procedures. There are Multiple Positions Available What you'll do: Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk

and compliance policies and procedures. Inspect and review quality of claim files and provide feedback to employees as appropriate.

Responsible for ongoing coaching and driving awareness so employees understand how their work and contributions support the overall claims and Enterprise strategies. Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, member experiences and processes providing feedback to internal partners Create conditions for success remove obstacles, lead and champion change. Achieve optimal productivity through managing workload volumes, staffing, training needs, and identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.

Responsible for ongoing monitoring of work to ensure consistent execution of processes and adherence to guidelines and frameworks. Handle escalations and make appropriate decisions based on the policy. Facilitate and guide employees through skill identification and developing for career progression Supports projects by serving as a subject matter expert. Hire, develop, and coach claims employees for results delivery. Consistently coach employees on claims handling and identifies opportunities to improve overall process and engagement. What you have: Bachelor’s degree: OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience to include a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience required with demonstrated proficiency. 2 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience. Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions. Demonstrated leadership, initiative, customer service and/or claims handling skills. Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months’ time in role. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position is: $95,250 - $182,030. technology, including life cycle, ongoing maintenance and implementation of the control center technology roadmap, while ensuring compliance with the North American Electric Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Reliability Standards. This individual is responsible for the reliable operation of control center systems, infrastructure, server hardware, virtualization platforms, networked connections, cyber security, backups, restoration and incident response.

This role will support the management and planning, development, installation, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, patching, securing, supporting, and optimizing assigned systems, networks, and communications

systems. This individual will support critical control center initiatives. This individual will help maintain CORE's NERC CIP procedures, will support responses to Western Electrical Coordinating Council (WECC) issued data requests, remain current with evolving NERC CIP Reliability Standards, and will ensure quality documentation practices are followed while managing day-to-day system administration of CORE's NERC CIP regulated environment.

This position will also support the technical aspects of audits performed every 3 years by WECC regarding CORE's compliance with NERC CIP Reliability Standards. Required Qualifications In lieu of current or relevant certification, a Bachelor's Degree

in Information Technology or Computer Science, and 3 or more years of systems administration experience.

Valid Colorado driver's license with satisfactory driving record within CORE standards. Experience with recent Microsoft operating systems. Experience with virtualization technologies. Preferred Qualifications ITIL Certification Comp TIA Security+ Experience with NERC CIP Reliability Standards or other similar regulatory or standards framework for example: NIST, HIPAA, SOX, or PCI. Experience with Power Shell scripting. Experience with networking platforms (routers, switches, firewalls) and concepts. Experience with SIEM's. Experience with SCADA or serial protocols.

Experience with Information Technology Risk Management Frameworks. Experience with enterprise-level IT soft skills such as ITIL, RACI, Project Management, and effective communication with various stakeholder groups, management, and senior leadership. Job Requirements Integrity: Exhibits a high degree of integrity and honesty. Diplomacy: Able to use appropriate diplomacy and tact with employees, members, customers, suppliers, and other contacts. Professionalism: Strong ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, when working with WECC auditors and CORE senior leadership.

An understanding of the unique challenges of NERC Reliability Standards and the ability to harness the efficient use of technology. Duties and Tasks Responsible for maintaining CORE's compliance with NERC CIP Reliability Standards. Monitor, research and interpret NERC CIP Reliability Standards, including current and future requirements, implement the control center technology roadmap and manage technical components of WECC and security audits. Monitor and report the compliance status of each requirement to CORE leadership and/or WECC. Ensuring appropriate action is taken to mitigate and prevent recurrence of any weaknesses in CORE's compliance program.

Coordination with Operations, Engineering, and Information Technology (and any other applicable business unit) on NERC CIP Reliability Standards in the related areas. Support and participate in WECC audits pertaining to NERC CIP Reliability Standards. Investigate possible compliance violations and preparation of related regulatory filings. Interact with WECC and NERC compliance monitoring and enforcement staff both during the audit and ongoing compliance operations. Perform compliance risk/gap backssments; work with stakeholders to mitigate gap; monitor deadlines.

Recommend process improvements. Provide support and administration of the following: Firewalls, Directory Services, Malware Prevention Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Operating Systems, Secure Storage Backup Systems, Virtual Machines, Thin Clients, and other applicable NERC CIP technologies. Support critical initiatives/projects related to control center technology needs. Administer security risk backssments and threat modeling. Identify system vulnerabilities by developing and administering vulnerability scans, security risk backssments and threat modeling.

Implement and coordinate remediation activities in accordance with documented procedures. Implementation of technical controls in accordance with established cyber security regulations, controls, policies, and procedures. Monitor security advisory groups and databases to ensure all necessary systems and network security updates, patches, and preventive measures are in place and in accordance with documented policy. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Demonstrate a consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving with peers, stakeholders, and leadership. Other duties as assigned.
