looking for a Clean Room IT Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. This is an onsite full-time position. Please note that early morning and late evening options are available for this role. Skills and Responsibilities include. Assist in wide-scale deployments of endpoints, phones, collaboration technologies, PCs, laptops, and device upgrades including in clean room environments.
Follow processes to ensure technologies deployed in these environments meet all safety and clean-room requirements. Assist in other general deployments and troubleshooting of desktop technologies to support users Monitor high severity incidents to ensure resolution within communicated Service Levels Act
as point of contact for escalations as needed. Ensure the consistent usage and contribution to the knowledgebase Ensure that the team is adhering to processes accordingly.
May work closely with other IT groups (Infrastructure, enterprise applications, etc. ) to proactively identify and resolve issues that affect the end-user experience. Undertake special projects as directed. Who you are: You have an Associates or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field You have at least 5 years of experience in IT support at organizations supporting thousands of users. You are experienced with supporting, installing and troubleshooting common phones, tablets, PCs, laptops, and AV hardware/softwares.
You are experienced with deployment technologies such as MDM, Intune, SCCM, etc.
You believe strongly in clean documentation, adherence to SOPs and checklists, and always having a clear path back from configuration changes You know how to work with department heads, end users, and enjoy solving problems for others.
