The Help Desk Support Analyst role is critical to the success of the day-to-day IT operations of our corporate office. From answering employee inquiries, diagnosing technical problems, and troubleshooting issues to find solutions, help desk analysts are the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance, and must be able to quickly and effectively resolve issues to ensure employee satisfaction.
