g. Technical Writing, Engineering, Communications, Business) or equivalent work experience. 2+ years proposal/technical writing experience Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to details Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple proposal efforts simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong research and analytical skills to gather information from multiple sources, including interfacing with SMEs, engineers, program managers, and customers as needed and though a variety of online and printed sources Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively at a level that matches the audience Ability to write according to requirements established in solicitations, regulations, and style guides and edit/review for content compliance and quality.
Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, considering labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and other relevant factors Proactive and responsive, open to and apply feedback on written documents or spreadsheets from management, engineering, and business development US citizen and eligible for a US Government security clearance.
Able to work at our facility in Springville, Utah. This position will require at least 3-4 days per week in the Springville office. Desired: Proven experience in government contract proposal or grant solicitation writing, with a track record of successful wins. Experience with or understanding of U. S. military operations Experience with or understanding of government acquisition processes, including familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e. g.
