Their issues are further complicated by years of multiple placements in foster care and hospital settings. In fact, prior to their involvement with Maryhurst, any one of our children is likely to have experienced an average of 20 out-of-home placements.

We work hard to provide consistency, structure, and love for children. It is because of this philosophy and the hard work of staff and volunteers that our programs are successful. Today Maryhurst provides nine different programs that address the unique needs of more than 600 children and their families. The Day Program Coordinator position will encompass several different tasks. They will assist youth that have graduated. They will be

responsible for teaching life skills and providing educational opportunities for youth who need additional services during the day in the event the youth does not attend a typical high school setting and/or to those that have graduated.

The Day Program Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing a daily schedule of life skills activities, including developing Individual Transitional Living Plans with each youth, and conducting ongoing backssments of youth's IL goals. The Day Program Coordinator is responsible for supervising all youth in the Day Program and providing necessary documentation of youth participation. In the event there are no kids who require a Day Program

the staff at that time will help support the school and any first shift staffing needs.

This position will also be responsible for transporting clients, staffing 1:1, working with treatment teams, and developing programing for client needs. Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Exhibits effective communication skills and participates in appropriate professional development programs to attain and maintain competency. Exhibits sound stewardship by effectively managing financial resources, information resources, and physical resources to achieve the objectives of Maryhurst.

Here's a Glimpse at What you'll Do: As a Panel Builder at Lantech, you will: Work with a team in the production and wiring of electrical enclosures/panels. This includes enclosure/panel machining, component mounting, and panel wiring using a wide range of hand and power tools. Follow standardized work to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. Read diagrams and schematics to build panels based on customer specifications. (Requirements) We are looking for someone who: Has proven experience with problem-solving and troubleshooting. Is able to read electrical schematics. Is focused on work with a high commitment to achieving quality and scheduling goals. Possesses strong electrical knowledge and has good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Is a responsible individual, a self-starter, and able to work independently. Is able to self-identify problems and support problem solving / solutions Is detail oriented with a strong commitment to quality, and safety and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Has sustained a record of good attendance. Has a high aptitude for working with situations of a manufacturing nature, effective use of time, and is capable of adapting to a varied work environment. Is legally authorized to work in the U. S. Education & Experience: At least two years of experience with electrical assembly/panel wiring and/or with electrical troubleshooting/diagnostics. Mechanical background is a plus. Previous experience with hand tools is required. Understanding schematics, blueprints, and diagrams are a plus.
