The Managing Legal Counsel position can be based at WKH's offices in Waltham, MA or Riverwoods, IL. For the right candidate, remote work will be considered. The position will be

part of the Wolters Kluwer Global Law and Compliance Department (GLCD) and will report to the VP & Assistant General Counsel for the Health Division of Wolters Kluwer.

Specific accountabilities and responsibilities are expected to include the following: Provide strategic advice and comprehensive legal counseling to WKH senior executives and WKH teams regarding regulatory requirements and risk management in healthcare and HIT product development, including legal trends and issues related to HIPAA/HITECH Act compliance, HIT developments and regulatory rulemaking and initiatives. Remain up-to-date with regulatory and industry developments and (i) anticipate needed changes to our offerings

and processes and legal and business risks associated with new product development, and (ii) communicate recommendations to senior business leaders and advise on acceptable risk levels in line with the company's business objectives.

Work closely with WKH's management to identify and mitigate contractual and regulatory exposures and risks related to (i) development of new customer offerings, (ii) promotional or marketing activities for WKH offerings, (iii) sales practices, (iv) data protection and cybersecurity risks across different offerings, and (v) international market expansion (including multi-national anti-bribery/anti-corruption regulations, export and embargo restrictions, medical device regulations and privacy/security regulations).

Effectively and efficiently manage outside counsel (in the US and abroad) supporting transactional, litigation and/or compliance matters, and collaborate and work closely with other attorneys within the GLCD in areas such as litigation, human resources/employment or benefits matters, specialty IT/IP areas or M&A transactions. Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of WKH, its people, organization, markets, offerings, customers, competitors, and regulatory environment, in order to identify trends, stay abreast of material developments and provide legal advice to the businesses on emerging opportunities and risks.

Develop a strong rapport and working relationship with WKH senior executives and our teams to help drive the delivery of effective and high-quality legal services. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Candidates are required to have both a bachelor's degree and law degree (J. D. ), with academic distinction, from highly regarded, nationally recognized educational institutions. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the state in which he/she resides. Job Summary: Our cybersecurity team is seeking a Continuous Monitoring backssor (Con Mon backssor or CMA) that will support one of the following facilities: Tewksbury, Andover, Woburn OR Marlborough, MA, with intermittent travel to other sites.

Relocation support offered. The CMA, under the supervision of the Con Mon Lead, is responsible for executing the information systems continuous monitoring program and actively supports self-inspections

to validate the compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Serving as an independent backssor, the CMA will observe and help improve the cybersecurity hygiene and compliance by reviewing security controls as recommended by our customers and reporting anomalies.

CMA will periodically brief leadership on the status of the Con Mon program and significant/trending discoveries. Although you will not have direct reports, you may mentor others and provide support and advice pertaining to day-to-day occurrences or issues, while further protecting our warfighter. Responsibilities to Anticipate: Reviewing system security plan packages prepared by ISSOs and ISSMs Perform continuous monitoring

of security controls, changes & environments to ensure that they are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome with respect to meeting the cybersecurity requirements for assigned IT systems.

Communicate the security posture of systems through designated reporting mechanisms to include preparing and briefing leadership or government customers. Conducts and supports vulnerability scans, penetration testing & backssments while recognizing vulnerabilities in information systems and networks through various tools such as Nessus/Tenable, SCAP, Splunk, Scripting, etc. Partnering with ISSM/ISSO to increase Information Systems overall compliance.

Conduct self-inspections. Validate implementation of new Cybersecurity processes, procedures, and tools Intermittent travel to other Raytheon locations (up to 50%) Basic Qualifications: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree with eight (8) years of experience as described in the bullet below or an advanced degree with five (5) years of relevant experience described in the bullet below Relevant experience in any combination: Cybersecurity, systems security or system hardening Security Control Accessor (SCA) with the government or military Information Technology Experience with network security and/or systems security, which includes any of the following: architecture, topology, protocols, components, and/or principles Experience with configuring and/or auditing operating systems Compliance-based auditing using the Risk Management Framework (RMF), DCSA backssment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and/or non-defense regulations such as FAA, Payment Card Industry (PCI), ISO 9001 Quality Management standards, or HIPPA Experience working with and/or supporting computer technologies (such as: databases, operating systems, computer network hardware, protocols, security methodologies, software programs, hardware troubleshooting or electronics) IAM Level I certification (Security+ or other) Active and transferable SECRET U.

S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U. S. citizenship is required, as only U. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Do D classified operating and/or laboratory environments. Experience with various information system security tools that address vulnerability analysis and mitigation.

These may include Splunk, Forcepoint, Ivanti, Tenable, ACAS, HBSS, etc. Familiarity with implementation of Government directives and policies derived from NIST, CNSSI, Do D, or other Government Regulatory compliance standards within a professional industry Experience in the execution of the backssment & Authorization processes, as defined within the Risk Managed Framework (RMF) Experience providing technical security consultation for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous classified networked environments in collaboration with internal/external Customers, Information Technology (IT) Familiarity with large multi-facility networks including diverse and complex components, including Windows and Linux environments Experience interpreting, implementing, and backssing DISA STIGs.

Experience with continuous monitoring and Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms) Strong verbal and written skills required providing management status reports and document system changes. Manager counterpart to manage a small/ intensive caseload of patients presenting with complicated medical and psychosocial challenges and barriers to care. This is a highly visible position within the Medical Center, working closely with direct care Physician, Nursing and Rehab providers on inpatient floors throughout the hospital, and weekly meetings with leaders from Hospital Administration, Ethics and Legal Services.

The Senior Social Worker will collaborate with community partners such as the Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Department of Mental Health and Department of Developmental Services, as well as, community rehab, behavioral health and shelter providers. The

Senior Social Worker reports to the Social Work Manager / Department Manager of a designated clinical area and practices clinical social work at an advanced level independent of regular clinical supervision.

Daily responsibilities include: psychosocial screening, backssment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients and families in assigned care area. Additionally, collaboration with Physicians, Nurses, internal and external Case Managers, other community agencies and providers, and other health care professionals to implement patient care across the continuum. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work required. License Lic Indep Clinical Social Work (LICSW) required. 3-5 years related work experience required. Current MA license or license from a state with reciprocity. If licensed in another state, expected to obtain MA license within 3-6 months.

Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point or Access.
