Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. Support and resolve specific equipment concerns coordinating with internal and external vendors as needed.

Become adept at understanding and troubleshooting specific equipment. Collect, record, and analyze data. Lead process improvement projects in cross-functional teams. Advise and/or lead corrective action activities. Ensure objectives are completed on time. Ability to be a quick and passionate learner.
