WHAT YOU NEED: Bachelor's Degree and/or master's degree in Interior Design OR Interior Architecture NCIDQ Certified, or has started licensing process. Residential Interior Design experience P rofessional experience within all aspects of interior design including concept design, space planning, graphic presentations, color and material selection, documentation, and FF&E selection and specification. E xperience in many aspects of project management including budgets, finish and fixture schedules, general project organization, project timelines, and project management.
Basic knowledge and understanding of the Massachusetts Building Code requirements. Auto Cad Software experience. Must have used Photoshop, and Power Point in professional setting. 3D modeling and rendering design skills preferred, Revit rendering skills desired. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required. Knowledge of Photoshop, and Power Point required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
