We are looking to build a team of dedicated Digital Bankers to assist our customers throughout their banking relationship using our newest customer service tool, Your Banker. A typical day will feature you being the personal banker and knowledge center
to your own specific roster of customers. By working with the same customers day in and day out, you will establish a deep personal relationship with each of them and become their trusted banking advisor all through using digital channels of communication.
You will engage your set of customers through various electronic platforms such as live chat, email, and online banking messaging. Requests from your customers can range from something simple like ordering checks, to introducing customers to specialized area experts, to even providing financial advice, and so much more. We also encourage our employees to support our communities through outreach and volunteer work. We have a fantastic
training program and are more than happy to train the right candidate even if you do not have a financial background.
