Responsibilities: - Promote, market, network, sell, and close newly manufactured, modular and mobile homes. Must understand how to operate social media platforms and use it as a marketing tool to sell our award winning floor plans.
- Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones with customers. - Maintain a backlog of prospects through proactive outreach via calls, text messages and emails. Requirements: - High Energy & Sales Experience - You do NOT need a real estate license- Top-notch Customer Service Skills- Problem-Solving Ability- Reliable Transportation- Availability to work every single Saturday (required) Regular Schedule: - Monday to Saturday- Sunday and one other week
day OFF Training: - 6 months of manufactured housing training with a small salary + HUGE Commission opportunities.
After your first 6 months, your pay plan goes to a draw.
