Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. About the Job: We are looking for talented candidates who are groundskeeping pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. You will be responsible for maintaining our mobile home community. Maintain the facility grounds including cleanliness and maintenance to company expectations Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management Mow lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges, and general landscaping Upkeep of onsite buildings, company areas and sidewalks, including painting and power washing Collect trash and yard waste Maintain company-owned rental units (cleaning and repairing as needed Work on special projects as requested Job Requirements:

A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done Able to work outdoors throughout the year Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park/facility At least 1 to 2 years of groundskeeping experience across the trades required Proficient with various hand tools and power equipment Highschool graduate or GED required Must be within commuting distance to the facility About You: You are a person who loves taking care of customers, crafty with your hands and can make this job look like a breeze.
