Responsibilities include: Reviews documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer.

Supports cross functional teams that review quality data on yields, rework, scrap, and non-conformance aging. Ability to analyze and resolve process issues varying from basic to very complex. Leads corrective action meetings, identifies trends, assists in problem resolution, and ensures responsible parties meet commitments. Leads a team that actively participates on

Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards which includes dispositioning non-conforming hardware, identifying hardware containment requirements, identifying appropriate root cause and corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence.

Leads QEs who performs backssments and audits on processes and procedures to ensure compliance to specifications, engineering drawings, procedures and ISO-9001 / AS9100. Evaluates the design assurance activities and implementation of production process methodology to prevent impacts to production velocity and quality. Interfaces with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality related issues. Utilizes lean initiatives to reduce waste and

maintain continuous improvement. Makes the final decision on acceptability of product.

Basic Qualifications: Technical degree at Bachelor level or above Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Quality engineering experience with an emphasis on assembly and inspection First Article Inspection (FAI) experience Special process engineering experience. Experienced as a team lead and facilitator. Ability to interpret drawings and specifications. Experience in making risk-based data driven decisions. Experience implementing material review boards and dispositioning non-conformances. Demonstrated presentation skills.
