Responsibilities: Build and develop a high performing team of dairy product & technology experts Strategic Leadership Technology & Innovation Sensory and Applications Development Cross Functional Collaboration Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in the sciences, to include one or more of the following: biological sciences, chemistry, fermentation, food science, food processing.
A background in chemical engineering with proven food experience will be considered. Minimum of 10+ years in leadership roles in food & ingredients. A history of managing
and leading food & ingredients product & process development and implementation teams Preferred Qualifications: Master s degree or higher, with extensive experience in food product development.
Experienced in food & food ingredients formulation & manufacture, preferably with some dairy bias. At least 10 years of experience showing a progressive growth in responsibilities and a track record of successful product innovations and commercialization. A demonstrated history of developing people who have been promoted to greater roles of responsibility and success. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
An established history of personal development and networking within the scientific and food industries.
