Mentor and assist Automation Programmer I and II with programming and projects 5% of the time Design medium
to high complexity machine guarding strategies that comply with OSHA and ANSI standards, to insure the safety of our Greenheck teammates Power up, troubleshoot, and commission machines to make production ready Integrate hydraulic and pneumatic systems into the machine electrical control system Post machine installation troubleshooting and support for complex issues throughout the entire life cycle of the machine What you should have: Required 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Required 2 Year / Associate Degree in Electromechanical Technology or Automation Engineering Technology. Preferred 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Electromechanical Technology or Automation Engineering Technology.
Good working knowledge of ABB Robot Studio, and/or Fanuc ROBOGUIDE robotic programming software. Independently able to read and interpret instructions in a variety of formats (instruction manuals, electrical schematics, written, or verbal instructions). Factory certified in ABB and Fanuc programming. Proficient with MS Office Suite (e. g. Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
